Before submitting your cancellation request, please note:
Cancelling your account will remove access to the Social Reach platform, CRM, automations, templates, training resources and membership environment.
Website hosting, automations, funnels and connected systems may stop functioning once the account is cancelled.
Any included support, onboarding, resources and community access will also end upon cancellation.
If your account contains active websites, domains or connected services, additional steps may be required before cancellation can be completed.
Outstanding invoices or active billing commitments may need to be finalised prior to account closure.
We recommend downloading or backing up any important information before requesting cancellation.
